NOSA Sprints – 2017 Season Preview

– As we get set to start the 2017 season, everyone at the Northern Outlaw Sprint Association would like to dedicate this entire season to our founder, Wayne Anderson. –
GRAND FORKS, ND (May 3, 2017) – After both rain and snow delayed opening night at River Cities Speedway the prior two weeks, the weather has warmed up and the track is ready for the 2017 season opener.

Friday night will kick off the first of a 29-race schedule for the Northern Outlaw Sprint Association that will feature events at seven facilities from May through September.

Last year, Wade Nygaard picked up his ninth series championship by narrowly edging out Casey Mack and Austin Pierce by a few markers on the final night of action at River Cities Speedway. This year Nygaard looks poised to capture his unprecedented 10th title, but defending River Cities Speedway track champion Casey Mack, Pierce and a host of other young guns will be looking to knock off the veteran Nygaard.

Nygaard has won the last two NOSA season openers, which have both taken place at River Cities Speedway.
