Jordan Adams Gears Up for Two-Race Weekend at River Cities & Devils Lake!

REYNOLDS, N.D. (June 1, 2017) – Coming off a strong run last Friday night at River Cities Speedway, Jordan Adams and the Home of Economy / Amity Technology team are gearing up for the first multi-race NOSA weekend of the 2017 season.

After making their weekly stop at River Cities Speedway on Friday night, the team will head west on HWY 2 to Devils Lake Speedway on Saturday night. Jordan’s best finish at Devils Lake came when the series made their first appearance there last season.

On that night, Jordan drove from 13th to second to finish second to eventual champion Wade Nygaard.

“I’m really excited to get back to Devils Lake Speedway,” said Jordan. “Nolan does a great job with the track when we come there.”

Jordan grabbed his first checkered flag of the season last Friday in Grand Forks, as he raced to a heat race win to open the night.

“The track was really heavy for the heats,” he said. “We got a good start and never looked back from there. It felt good to see the checkers in the heat race for the first time this year especially with it being early.”

In the 25-lap feature, Jordan battled with Chris Ranten and Trent Stengl in the closing laps before tying his season-best finish of sixth.

“The track was complete opposites from one corner to the other. It was heavy in three and four and slick all the way to the cushion in one and two. The feature went decent. We’re fighting some brake issues so once we get that addressed we will be perfect.”

Racing at both River Cities Speedway and Devils Lake Speedway begins at 7pm!
