Adams & Grosz Team Up for John Seitz Memorial at River Cities Speedway

GRAND FORKS, N.D. (September 8, 2017) – This weekend will certainly have a different feel for the Jordan Adams Racing team. Jordan took a vicious ride last Friday night at River Cities Speedway and will be sidelined for this weekend, but that hasn’t stopped the team from racing. Harwood, North Dakota’s Lee Grosz will be filling in for Jordan for this weekend’s Blazin’ Challenge doubleheader during the John Seitz Memorial at River Cities Speedway.

“I’ve been getting better everyday,” said Jordan. “Physically I feel ready to race, but mentally I know the right thing to do is to take a break no matter how hard I’m trying to talk myself into racing.”

The wild ride Jordan took have many people saying it was the worst wreck they’ve seen in several years at River Cities Speedway and everybody is thankful that Jordan walked away from the incident under his own power.

“Thanks to everyone for reaching out to our team about my safety,” Jordan said. “We appreciate our fans through the tough times just as much as through the good times.”

Even though Jordan won’t be competing this weekend. The team is still able to look forward to unloading their Home of Economy / Amity Technology No. 20A at River Cities Speedway with a quality driver behind the wheel.

“I’m pretty excited to still have the car on the track,” said Jordan. “It will feel more like a typical Friday night for us. My family and I spent a lot of time pondering if we should just let it sit or have the car out there. Having Lee in the car will give us all something to look forward to this weekend. I know he will do a great job and we can probably learn a thing or two from him.”
