06.01.18 Schill charges from 10th to claim Happy Harry’s Midwest Mod win
GRAND FORKS, N.D. (June 1, 2018) – After picking up the win Thursday night at Norman County Raceway in Ada, Minn., Lance Schill scored his second consecutive win Friday night at the Bullring. Jamie Dietzler and Reise Stenberg led the field to the green flag for the 18-lap Happy Harry’s WISSOTA Midwest Modified feature with Dietzler claiming the early lead.
A restart with eight laps to go was all that Schill needed to charge from third to the lead. Schill raced around Dietzler and Bintz in one lap to take the point exiting turn four.
Once out front, the Langdon, N.D. driver checked out from the field as he cruised to the win. Dietzler held off Hunter at the line, while Matt Schow and Aaron Blacklance rounded out the top five.
