Seng Eyes First Win of 2018 Following NLRA Runner-up at Greenbush

GRAND FORKS, N.D. (June 28, 2018) – Coming off his third second place finish of the season, Brad Seng and the S&S Transport team are looking to get one spot better this Friday night at River Cities Speedway.

Friday’s event will mark the fourth NLRA race of the 2018 season. Coming in, Seng sits third in the NLRA point standings, 80 points behind leader Dustin Strand and 34 points behind second place, Mike Balcaen.

Seng is also third in the River Cities Speedway track points behind Dustin Strand and Mike Balcaen. While only three points behind Balcaen, Seng is 29 points behind point leader, Strand.

Seng’s racing weekend kicked off last Friday night at River Cities Speedway. Displaying a new wrap on the MB Customs No. 12S, Seng seemed to be just a tick off at the Bullring. After finishing fourth in his heat, Seng moved from 12th to 10th during the 20-lap feature.

Brad, Greg, and the entire crew went to work to figure out something for the NLRA date at Greenbush Race Park on Saturday.

Their hard work paid off.

A second place finish in his heat put Seng third on the starting grid for the main event. Strand took the lead early, but Seng and Bill Mooney remained within striking distance of the leader. At the checkers, Seng came home second for his fourth top five finish of the season.
