Adams Scores Top 10 at River Cities, Gears Up For NOSA Doubleheader
REYNOLDS, N.D. (August 29, 2018) – Following a top 10 run at River Cities Speedway last week in Grand Forks, Jordan Adams will return to the Bullring on Friday night looking to find his way back into the top five.
“It was just an unusual off weekend for us,” admitted Adams. “Friday night we really struggled the whole night. Saturday we got off to a good start winning the heat race. The feature wasn’t all that bad. We were running right around fifth and blew a right rear tire with four to go so that was a bummer. This weekend we get to do it all over again, just expecting better results.”
The Buffalo Wild Wings NOSA Sprints have a pair of points-paying events on the card this weekend. Following Friday’s event at River Cities, the series will head to Devils Lake Speedway in Crary, N.D. for the final time in 2018.
Adams has three top 10 finishes in five events this year at Devils Lake, including a fourth-place effort on May 26th.
At this point in the season at River Cities, Adams has accumulated six top five finishes and nine top 10s with a best finish of third on July 20th and August 3rd.
Both races this weekend at River Cities and Devils Lake begin at 7pm.
