REYNOLDS, N.D. (June 6, 2019) – Jordan Adams had a pair of Buffalo Wild Wings NOSA Sprint Car Series events on the schedule last weekend, starting with River Cities Speedway in Grand Forks.
Adams rolled off in the 12th position for the 25-lap feature.
“The feature was pretty good on Friday. We started off a little farther back than we had hoped but were able to move forward so, at the end of the day, that was a positive,” he said.
Adams methodically moved his way up the running order to take the checkers in the seventh position.
On Saturday, the series made its only appearance of the season to Devils Lake Speedway in Crary, N.D. Adams picked up a convincing heat win to start the night and started the race from the pole position. However, bad luck struck as the wing slider broke right away in the feature. Still, Adams managed to salvage an eighth-place finish.
This Friday, the World of Outlaws NOS Energy Drink Sprint Car Series invades River Cities Speedway. Adams said he hopes to get the night started off on the right foot.
“Outlaw races are more pressure,” he said. “Qualifying is so important so hopefully we can put down a good lap.”
Following Friday’s event, Adams will head to Jamestown Speedway on Saturday with the NOSA Sprints. Adams has one career win at Jamestown Speedway, which came in 2017. Last year he finished sixth at the high-banked quarter-mile.
Jordan and the entire 20A team would like to thank all of their partners for their continued support!
