Mullen Hard-Charges to Top 10 at River Cities!

GRAND FORKS, N.D. (June 6, 2019) – Brendan Mullen passed more cars than any other driver in last Friday night’s Buffalo Wild Wings NOSA Sprint Car feature at River Cities Speedway. Mullen started last on the 20-car grid after missing time trials and heat race action due to high school sporting activities.

Mullen tagged the tail of the field for the 25-lap feature and had his elbows up. In just his second start of the season at the intimidating high-banked three-tenths mile oval, Mullen began passing cars at the drop of the green flag. The driver of the Auto Finance Super Center No. 11M broke the top 10 at the halfway point and continued moving forward to take the checkers in the eighth position.

This Friday night, Mullen will return to River Cities Speedway but he will be competing against the best Sprint Car drivers in the world. The 16-year-old sophomore Sprint Car pilot will be making his World of Outlaws NOS Energy Drink Sprint Car Series debut at the Bullring.

On Saturday, the Mullen Motorsports team will travel to Jamestown, N.D. with the NOSA Sprints to compete at Jamestown Speedway.

Brendan and the entire Mullen Motorsports team would like to thank all their sponsors for their support!
