Pierce Eyes First Win of the Season at River Cities Speedway
GRAND FORKS, N.D. (June 14, 2019) – The Buffalo Wild Wings NOSA Sprint Car schedule gets back underway tonight after taking last week off due to the World of Outlaws events in the area. The lone NOSA event of the weekend takes place at River Cities Speedway in Grand Forks.
Pierce’s best finish of the season to date at the Bullring is a third-place effort, which came back on May 17th. Pierce charged his way from the 11th starting position that night to earn the final spot on the podium.
Last Friday night, Pierce took on the Outlaws at River Cities. Pierce had good speed all night long. The track took rubber halfway through the main event and Pierce pulled off the speedway early and was credited with a 22nd place finish.
Pierce enters tonight’s event sitting eighth in the River Cities Speedway point standings, but just 23 markers out of the lead.
