Mullen’s Sixth-Place Effort at Greenbush Highlights Three-Race Week

GRAND FORKS, N.D. (July 10, 2019) – Brendan Mullen and the Auto Finance Super Center No. 11M team competed in three events over four days this past week. The action began on Wednesday, July 3rd at Brown County Speedway in Aberdeen, S.D. with the World of Outlaws Sprint Cars.

The event was Mullen’s second-ever visit to the speedway. The night was a learning experience for Brendan. By night’s end, Brendan came away with a 22nd place finish and some valuable seat time at a fast race track.

On Friday, Mullen returned to his home track, River Cities Speedway in Grand Forks. The sophomore Sprint Car pilot started 16th on the grid and ran as high as 7th, but was credited with a 13th place finish at the checkers.

Saturday night at Greenbush Race Park in Greenbush, Minn. was the highlight of the week. After starting third for the 25-lap feature, Mullen ran the majority of the event in the second spot. On a rubbered up racing surface, the right rear expired on the 11M with two laps to go and he came home in the sixth spot.

Still, it was a great run for Mullen in what was also just his second start at Greenbush.

This weekend, the CL Linfoot / Express Employment Professionals team will head to River Cities Speedway on Friday before heading to West Fargo on Sunday for NOSA’s annual visit to Red River Valley Speedway.

Brendan and the entire Mullen Motorsports team would like to thank all their sponsors for their support!
