GRAND FORKS, N.D. (July 25, 2019) – Brad Seng has put yet another feature win to his name and added to his storied career. Friday night the S&S Transport No. 12S parked it in victory lane at River Cities Speedway.

The night started for Seng finishing second in his heat race, which lined him up fourth for the 20-lap feature. On the opening lap, Seng quickly jumped ahead of Mike Balcaen and Ryan Corbett to get to the second spot. After a lap 14 restart, Seng had Shane Edginton on his heels while trying to get by the leader, Ryan Kereluk. Lap after lap, Seng dove to the inside of Kereluk and went side-by-side, but Kereluk continued to find good speed out of the last set of corners, until lap 19.

Seng worked the bottom and it paid off. Out of turn four, coming to the white flag, Seng made took the lead at the line and started to pull away out of turn two after battling for the last nine laps, but it wasn’t over there. Going into the final set of turns, Kereluk dove to the inside of Seng, came even with him and drag raced to the line. Seng took the feature win by .079 seconds.

The following night the team went west to Jamestown Speedway for the NLRA Late Models Buffalo City Showdown. Seng finished his heat in fifth which stationed him in the 18th starting position for the feature. He moved up seven spots to finish the race in 11th, only the second time this season he hasn’t been in the top ten.

This weekend is a double-header for the NLRA Late Models beginning Friday at River Cities Speedway followed by Greenbush Race Park on Saturday.
