REYNOLDS, N.D. (August 30, 2019) – The NOSA Sprints will host their final doubleheader weekend of the 2019 season over Labor Day weekend. The action kicks off tonight at the series’ home track, River Cities Speedway, in Grand Forks. They will follow that up by making their first visit of the season to Buffalo River Race Park in Glyndon, Minn. on Sunday.
Last week, Adams had a strong night at River Cities Speedway. The driver of the Home of Economy / DEKALB No. 20A picked up a heat race win to start the night.
“Friday night went decent. A heat win is always good, we just missed the setup in the feature so that was kind of disappointing but that will happen every now and then,” said Adams. “I’m looking forward to tonight!”
Adams crossed the line in eighth last Friday night.
The Reynolds, N.D. driver enters tonight’s event sitting second in the River Cities Speedway point standings, just 24 markers out of the lead.
Sunday’s visit to Buffalo River Race Park is one of the highly-anticipated dates on the schedule. The NOSA Sprints were scheduled to race at the tight, tricky quarter-mile back in May, but the race was canceled due to rain. Adams has had some strong runs at BRRP over the years and has come close to visiting victory lane.
“I’m super excited to get back to BRRP Sunday,” he said. “I love the place and the atmosphere always feels more electric when we are there. I’m hoping for a great showing from the 20A crew to kick off September.”
The races on Sunday start at 6pm.
Jordan and the entire 20A team would like to thank all of their partners for their continued support!
