GRAND FORKS, N.D. (August 7, 2019) – Brad Seng and the S&S Transport No. 12S seem to be unbeatable at River Cities Speedway right now. They have found a groove and continue to shine at the Bullring, winning three consecutive NLRA Late Model races at the tricky three-tenths track.

After moving up two spots to finish third in his heat race, Seng lined up outside of the fourth row for the main event. While a battle for the lead ensued up front, Seng worked his way through the field. While racing against Dustin Strand for the third position, Strand was able to catch the leaders, but Seng went with him. Soon, they both had caught Bill Mooney running in second place. With eight laps remaining, Seng used the middle groove in turn one to get by Strand and run door-to-door with Mooney, gaining the position going into turn three.

With six laps remaining, Seng used the low groove in turns one and two to move past leader, Tom Corcoran. From there, Seng walked away with the win unchallenged.

“The guys were running on the bottom and throwing some stuff across the middle, and it just drew a little bit of moisture out of the race track and this thing took off,” said Seng in victory lane about his success running the middle groove.

“I don’t even know what to say now, ya know? We start in front of the guys, and it helps, but tonight we started eighth, and wow, this thing was badass.”

Seng was also in action with the NLRA Late Models this past weekend at Devils Lake Speedway and Nodak Speedway. At Devils Lake Speedway, Seng won his heat and finished fifth in the feature.

At Nodak Speedway, Seng went from fifth to third in his heat, which lined him up ninth for the feature. Seng left Nodak Speedway with a top 10 finish, moving up three positions to cross the checkers in the sixth spot.

Seng continues to sit third in NLRA points, behind Dustin Strand and Shane Edginton, respectively.

Next on the schedule is the weekly return to River Cities Speedway, where Seng will look to go four in a row!
