Seng Gears Up For Viking Fall Classic This Weekend

GRAND FORKS, N.D. (September 20, 2019) – After a rare off-weekend, Brad Seng is set to return to action this weekend at the Viking Fall Classic at Viking Speedway in Alexandria, Minn. The fan-favorite fall special is one of the most prestigious under the WISSOTA banner.

Brad has two starts at the big half-mile oval in 2019, which came over the Labor Day weekend with the NLRA Late Models. His best performance came on August 31st with a fourth-place run from the sixth starting position.

Seng last ran the Viking Fall Classic in 2017 where he won his heat and finished sixth on the Saturday night finale.

The driver of the S&S Transport No. 12S was last in action Sept. 5-7 at the John Seitz Memorial at River Cities Speedway. It appeared as though this was going to be the year that Seng became the first three-time winner of the event that honored his good friend and former competitor.

The newly crowned NLRA champion dominated preliminary action on Friday night, winning his heat race from dead last and leading every lap of the Go Hard or Go Home Pole Dash to earn the number one starting position for the 92-lap feature on Saturday night.

However, when Saturday night rolled around, Seng, unfortunately, didn’t have the speed he had the night before.

Seng raced hard all 92 laps and crossed the checkers in the eighth position.

Racing at Viking Speedway kicks off tonight and continues through Saturday!
