Adams Heads Back To South Dakota For Three More Races This Weekend

REYNOLDS, N.D. (May 25, 2021) – With another week in the books, Jordan Adams and the 20A team will head back to River Cities Speedway in Grand Forks on Friday night before the Buffalo Wild Wings NOSA Sprints season heads back to South Dakota for three more races.Last Friday night, Adams returned to River Cities after the previous three-race southern swing, finishing 11th in qualifying and sixth in his heat race.
Adams lined up 11th in the 25-lap feature, and wasted little time moving forward, running in the eighth spot through the first 10 circuits around the quarter-mile Bullring.
A caution with 11 laps left saw Adams lose a few spots throughout the remaining laps, as he ended the race in the 13th position.
“We really struggled,” Adams said postrace. “The dry track caught us a little off guard with all the rain we received late last week. We got behind the ball with a late pill for qualifying and were never really able to dig out of it.”
This week, the Jordan Adams Racing team will run four times with the Buffalo Wild Wings NOSA Sprint Cars. After another night at River Cities on Friday, the series will run three more times in South Dakota, starting with and the series debut at the Park Jefferson Speedway in North Sioux City, SD. The race will also be Adams’ debut at the three-eights mile oval.
Adams will also spend Memorial Day weekend at the Huset’s Speedway in Brandon, SD on Sunday and Monday.
“[I’m] looking forward to a fun weekend on the road. Hopefully we can get some speed and start producing some better results,” he said.
