GRAND FORKS, N.D. (August 26, 2021) – Brad Seng continued a very solid month of August in the No. 12S S&S Transport / Fargo Freightliner MB Custom with two more top fives with the NLRA Late Models last week at Red River Valley Speedway last Saturday, and at River Cities Speedway on Wednesday.

Seng started his night last Saturday at Red River Valley Speedway with a heat race victory. Lining up fifth in the main event, Seng fought off challenges for fifth to remain inside the top five through the only two cautions of the race in the first five laps.

With the final 20 laps going caution free, Seng abandoned the bottom of the track, and in doing so, started to climb through the top five.

Running in third with ten laps remaining, Seng made one final pass on pole sitter Ben Wolden to finish the race in the second spot.

Seng’s night on Wednesday at River Cities started with a poor draw, and a fourth place heat finish after starting in the sixth and final spot.

Starting 16th in the 25 lap main event, it took Seng the first 15 laps to make his way into the top ten. The climb didn’t stop there, however, as Seng continued to charge through the field in the final ten laps.

Lining up ninth on the final restart with seven laps left, Seng used the middle and top of the quarter-mile Bullring to climb to fifth at the drop of the checkers.

Seng has raced six times in August, and has finished no lower than seventh.

Seng will be back in action on Friday night for more weekly action at River Cities, where Seng is currently second in the standings.
